2. Use of Website

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to access and use our site. By doing so, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into binding contracts.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable activity on the website, including but not limited to transmitting offensive content or attempting to interfere with the website’s functionality.

All designs, product images, text, and other content on Comic Dune are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproducing or using any material without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Custom Posters & User Submissions

Image Quality: If you’re submitting an image for a custom poster or product, ensure it follows our image quality guidelines (e.g., ratio 1:1.4, file size 0.1–50MB).
Usage Rights: By uploading any content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use those images. Comic Dune is not liable for copyright issues resulting from submitted content.

5. Orders and Payments

Processing: Orders begin processing after payment is successfully received. We aim to dispatch all items within 2 business days.
Payments: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment options. Orders must be paid in full before processing begins.

6. Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage: We ship across India and to select international destinations upon request. Rates and times vary based on location.
Shipping Timelines:

  • Express Shipping (Prepaid Orders, India): 3–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping (COD Orders, India): 7–8 business days

  • International Orders: 15–20 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen issues like weather or courier backlogs.
Order Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In case of loss or damage, contact us immediately. We'll coordinate with the courier for a resolution.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Comic Dune is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Custom Orders: Can be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Post that, cancellations may not be accepted.

  • Non-Custom Orders: Can be canceled before the product is shipped. Once shipped, our return policy applies.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns: Only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Reach out within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds: Will be processed per our Refund Policy. If approved, the amount will be credited via the original payment method.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Comic Dune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our site or products.
