Yes! We create custom manga posters featuring your favorite characters or personalized designs. Simply upload your references or share your idea on the product page, and we’ll handle the rest.

3. How long does it take to complete a custom design?

Custom designs generally require 2–5 business days, depending on complexity. You’ll receive a preview for approval before printing.

4. What poster sizes are available?

Poster sizes vary by design and are displayed on each product page. Common options include A4, and 13x19 inches.

5. What printing materials do you use?

We use premium, thick matte or semi-gloss paper with high-quality ink to ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints.

6. Do posters come framed?

Posters are currently shipped unframed to keep costs low and shipping simple. Framed options may be added in the future.

7. How long does shipping take?

Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

8. What is your return and refund policy?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.

Please note: Custom posters are non-refundable unless the issue is related to printing or shipping.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

If work has already begun on a custom design, cancellation may not be possible.

10. How do I care for my posters?

For best results, keep posters away from direct sunlight, moisture, and dust. Using a frame or protective sleeve will help preserve quality over time.
