Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Domestic (India): 8 to 10 business days
  • International: 15 to 20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare case that your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We’ll coordinate with the shipping partner to resolve the issue quickly and offer a fair resolution

Damaged Packaging on Delivery

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, we strongly recommend:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery
  • Inform our support team immediately with a photo of the package

Accepting visibly damaged packages may void eligibility for refunds or replacements.
